I am a passionate, community health-minded, networker. I enjoy connecting with people & getting people connected. My conversations always revolve around to health, ours & the Earth's. From food to natural health, I love to build on those relationships.

My roots are in the heart of Virginia, though my heart is at home wherever I am. Our time is our most valuable resource & I am mindful of where I spend mine. Currently I serve as an elected Director from Amelia on the Piedmont Soil & Water Conservation District, I serve the Virginia Food Works Board & I actively participate in Amelia local government functions, primarily instigating the Landfill Advisory Committee.
